- Download and use our mobile application (**GriLEX**) or any other app of ours that links to this Privacy Notice.
- Use **GriLEX**. GriLEX is an educational mobile app that helps you prepare for direct recruitment exams in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) — police, gendarmerie, border police, etc. — and for rank promotion of MAI agents/NCOs taking exams to enter the officers’ corps. The app aggregates official question banks, offers timed simulations of the written test, and progress statistics so you can optimize your time and go into the exam with confidence.
- Interact with us in related ways, including for any sales, marketing, or events.

**App data.** If you use our app, we may collect, with your permission:
- **Mobile device access.** Permissions for certain features (e.g., network connectivity). You can change these permissions in your device settings.
- **Mobile device data.** We automatically collect information such as your device’s unique ID, model and manufacturer, operating system and version, system configuration, app identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, IP address (or proxy server). We may also collect data about the mobile network associated with your device, its platform, and the app features you used.
- **Push notifications.** We may request to send you push notifications about your account or certain app features. You can disable these notifications in your device settings.
This information is primarily needed for the security and operation of the app, troubleshooting, and internal analytics.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should access the Services only within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or sell personal data from children under 18 years of age, nor do we sell such personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from users under 18 years of age, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data.

**Opting out of marketing and promotional communications:** You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time in the app settings or by contacting us using the details in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. You will be removed from marketing lists. However, we may still send you service-related messages necessary for account administration, responses to requests, or other non-marketing purposes.
**Account information:**
If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
- log into your account settings and update your user data.
Upon your request to terminate the account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain certain information for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, assisting with investigations, enforcing legal terms, and complying with applicable legal requirements.
### 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a “Do-Not-Track” (“DNT”) setting you can activate to signal your preference not to be tracked online. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you via an updated version of this Privacy Notice.
